Vexantara Digital Infrastructure Inc. acts as controller for personal data processed through vexantara.com (prototype).

Depending on how you use Vexantara, we may process:

  • Identity & contact data (name, email, phone, country)
  • KYC documents and verification outcomes
  • Account, billing, and support records
  • Device, log, and security-event data
  • Cookie and preference data as described in the Cookie Policy
  • Support tickets and correspondence

3. Purposes & legal bases

We process data to operate accounts, complete KYC/AML checks, provide technology services, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and improve product reliability.

Where consent is required (for example certain cookies or marketing), you may withdraw it without affecting lawful processing that does not rely on consent.

4. Sharing

We may share data with infrastructure providers, KYC vendors, payment rails, professional advisers, and authorities when legally required.

We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Data may be processed in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines and in other locations where our service providers operate. Appropriate safeguards will be applied where required.

6. Retention

We retain data for as long as needed for the purposes above, including statutory KYC/AML retention periods, then delete or anonymize it when no longer required.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. Contact the DPO desk to exercise rights.

You may also lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.

8. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures including TLS in transit, access controls, session management, and audit logging. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
