Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to the Vexantara public website and member console. They are demonstration legal text for the prototype and must be replaced by counsel-approved terms before production.
1. Operator
The platform is presented by Vexantara Digital Infrastructure Inc. (“Vexantara”, “we”, “us”), a demonstration Philippine corporation record with registered office at Level 28, Ayala Avenue, Makati City, Metro Manila 1226, Philippines.

2. Acceptance
By accessing the website or creating an account you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Risk Disclosure, and the Cookie Policy.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the services.
3. Nature of the platform
Vexantara provides technology and digital infrastructure services, including GPU compute, cloud and platform software, market-technology software, and digital operations, plus a client console for account, document, and support features.
Nothing on the public website is an offer of securities or a banking service.
4. Eligibility & accounts
You must be legally capable of entering contracts in your jurisdiction. Availability of features may vary by country and is subject to KYC/AML review where required.
You are responsible for credential security, accurate profile data, and all activity under your account.
- One natural person or authorized entity per account unless otherwise approved
- Account features are provided to customers of the technology services
- We may suspend accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, or policy breach
5. Service engagements
Capacity, software, and digital operations are delivered under a written scope. Figures shown on the website are descriptions of the practice unless a signed engagement says otherwise.
Commercial terms, timelines, and availability can change by country and by the systems a client already operates.
6. Prohibited use
You may not reverse engineer the platform, scrape without permission, bypass security controls, launder funds, misrepresent identity, or use Vexantara to violate applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
Vexantara marks, UI, documentation, and software remain our property or that of licensors. Limited license is granted solely to use the services as offered.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vexantara is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from platform use, downtime, or third-party providers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are presented under the laws of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your place of residence.
Disputes should first be raised with support or the complaints desk before formal proceedings.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by a revised effective date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
